The laminating process serves as the foundational first step in our six-stage production workflow. We employ two specialized types of milling equipment to achieve permanent and high-precision bonding between the base metal (steel/stainless steel) and the cladding layer (copper/brass).
Our Six-Roll Rolling Mill permanently bonds the base metal and the cladding metal. It is capable of producing multi-layer composites and allows precise adjustment of the copper-to-base metal ratio. It processes materials ranging from 0.03mm to 4mm in thickness, achieving remarkable post-rolling copper layer thickness tolerance within ±0.005mm and an overall material thickness tolerance between 0.02–0.05mm.
The 20-High Rolling Mill performs precision finishing. Through multi-pass rolling with controlled reduction, it accurately corrects dimensional tolerances. It achieves a final thickness tolerance ranging from 0.02mm down to 0.002mm, depending on the target product specifications.
This precise cold rolling process ensures we meet specific customer requirements for exact thickness and superior material performance, forming the core of our advanced composite material production and enabling tailored solutions for various applications.
