Cold rolling composite process flow
1
(1) Cladding: Performing ultra-high strength and large reduction rolling on the combined strips.
(2) Annealing: Subjecting the composite plate to heat treatments such as diffusion annealing.
(3) Precision Rolling: Improving the plate shape and surface quality through leveling or tension leveling to meet supply requirements.
(4) Cleaning: Removing residues from the surface of the composite material.
(5) Temper Rolling: Repairing the material surface and performing other finishing operations.
(6) Slitting: Slitting the material according to customer requirements.
