New SPHC‑Based Tri‑Layer Composite Options for Versatile Bimetallic Material Performance

SLXCL has expanded inner‑core material selections for our tri‑layer bimetallic composite strips. Besides the existing T2/IF/T2 and H65/IF/H65 configurations, we now launch two new alternatives: T2/SPHC/T2 and H65/SPHC/H65.

These newly‑added SPHC‑cored tri‑layer structures deliver upgraded overall material performance. Improvements cover electrical conductivity, elongation capability and adjustable hardness ranges. Such enhancements enable our bimetallic strips to fit broader performance specifications and cover more working scenarios, effectively satisfying varied technical demands from global buyers.
